Vision: To provide quality agricultural inputs and efficient irrigation management.

 Mission: To increase the production, storage and supply of seeds of high-yielding crops, to develop irrigation technology, to make optimal use of surface water, to increase irrigation efficiency and irrigated area by eliminating water scarcity, and to provide quality services at the farmer level.
